Our primary Trainer has multiple degrees in fitness, wellness, recreation & sports.  She is a CrossFit L1 Coach and has additional training in kettlebells and mobility.  She has coached both traditional CrossFit classes (5 years), traditional Boot Camp (8 years), and group fitness and core classes (4 years).  She took her favorite elements from all workouts and created a style of training that is not only fun, but results driven.  If you like the typical metabolic conditioning WODS of cross-training but aren't interested in lifting as heavy as possible, then these classes are for you.  If you like traditional boot camp classes but are interested in getting your first pull-up and/or utilizing more equipment, then these classes are for you.

Proper mechanics are taught, so that if members choose to lift heavy, they can do so safely.  However, athletes are never expected to lift heavy and workouts are tailored to each athlete's personal goals.  You can expect to use dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, slam balls, wall balls, sleds, tires, and sandbags.  You'll utilize body weight exercises like push-ups, squats, lunges, pull-ups, and core work.  You'll run, row, bike, ski, and burpee.  You'll work hard, play games, meet friends, and see results!  All of our classes are scalable for EVERY fitness level, and our athletes range in age from 13 to mid 60s.  No, you do NOT have to get fit before trying our classes .... that is our job ... to get you in the best shape of your life!  You will receive accountability, nutritional support, and will become a part of an amazing fitness community.  No judgement.  Just results!  Come try a free class!
